Thank you for shopping with Dimensions. We want you to be happy with your purchase — but because our products (e.g. T-shirts) are printed on demand via Inkthreadable, our returns policy is somewhat different from traditional retailers. Please read the policy below carefully.
Returns & Changes (Change of Mind)
- Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because the customer changed their mind (e.g. wrong size, you changed your mind) — unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want to make sure you receive a product in excellent condition. If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 28 days of delivery with photographic evidence (photos of the garment, the defect, any packaging damage).
- We will assess the issue in consultation with the fulfilment partner (Inkthreadable) and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund the order value to your original payment method.

Transit Loss / Non-Delivery
- If your parcel doesn’t arrive, allow up to 10 working days (UK) or 30 days (international) after dispatch before contacting us. help.inkthreadable.co.uk
- If the parcel is confirmed missing, we can offer a full refund or a replacement within 60 days of dispatch. help.inkthreadable.co.uk

Other Conditions & Notes

- Smaller design / print position variances (e.g. print shifting by ≤ 2 cm) may be deemed acceptable and not eligible for a fault claim. Inkthreadable+1
- Faults due to misuse, negligence, or post-delivery damage (washing incorrectly, etc.) are generally not covered.
- This policy does not override your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your jurisdiction (for example, in the EU or UK consumer protection laws).
